| The key element of web design ¡V Prototyping |
As implied by the name it means the original form of the website. In most design procedures this is a step neglected, they would jump straight toward presenting a demo for their customers. The process of trying to understand each other is skipped. Through prototyping the possible structure, interactive functions, faults in usability and the whole image the web represents can be discussed. With this not only can we improve the quality of the website, but we can construct a website according to the needs of our customers, eliminating time wasted on rebuilding the website because of misunderstandings. The last point is that a prototype is usually not design by artist, but a website planner. |
